**Q: How often should it be used for optimal results?**
A: I use this shampoo every time I wash my hair.  I’ve used it for about 6 years and my hair has improved significantly.  I also use the conditioner but only a very small amount is needed.  I really like these products.

**Q: Can this product be used with minoxidil?  Does it contain any similar ingredients?**
A: To be honest I don’t know the answer to that question.  Maybe do a little online research.  I just know that I like the shampoo a lot.

**Q: can you use this with Rogaine?**
A: If you use Rogaine on your hair and this on eyelashes yes.

**Q: My hair is shedding from stress related reaction to Covid 19. Will this shampoo help me?**
A: My hair was shedding due to stress and health problems. This helped me but it takes time you will not see result right off.
