Pretty good
The light is pretty. However, one of the arm missing a hole and the ball cannot hang on it. I submit a request to have one more arm to replace the damaged one. I received email to ask my address and I reply and given my address. However, I never get the part I need and nothing happened after that. Be careful to order this one if you are not sure what you got is 100% perfect.updated: the parts are delivered. I updated the review to 4 star now.

PAY FOR ASSEMBLY OF CHANDELIER!
This chandelier is beautiful, but very difficult to assemble. Anyone wanting this product, please consider paying for assembly.

Not as described or in photos.
Smaller then appears and much shorter ...then measurements offered I put in for a refund or help...but it's been professionally installed hanging just 24 inches off a 12 foot ceiling not at all as it appears in photos or described the glass crystals pretty but took 2 hours to attach each

Beautiful, what a pain hanging it on a cathedral ceiling. Putting the crystal balls on these little rings was hard. But once done it looks great.
