Nice boxes. Perhaps not the strongest but sturdy enough for the size. The units are unfinished as described and stain easly dont tuch with bare hands or dirty hands. The wood is very soft and one of the inside boxes was mared.

I am thrilled with these boxes. They will work well for my Christmas crafting. The quality is very good

I would've rated these a 4, and after woodburning, I intended on adjusting the rating based on how well it handled my burner...However, upon opening I noticed that the largest box was cracked straight through the lid, by the hinge. I could try gluing, but because it's right on the hinged area, I fear it'll soon fall apart anyway.The boxes inside were fine, but they were tucked in so tightly, that pulling them out left a scratch or 2 on the interior. I can sand that away at least.I will say, the appearance of the boxes is very nice. From what I've seen so far, the lids are aligned well to the bottoms. The wood itself is smooth & free from any discoloration.I think in the future, they should use bubble wrap to protect the items, in and out.

Everything about these boxes was perfect until I was staining them. While staining I noticed a diamond pattern. Pics of Bonnie's (showed up all over) and Alivia's (only has a strip) is to show what happened after I stained. Kim & Jackie box (I love this box) is to show what they could look like. Each box I did completely the same except the wood burning part(the names & designs). I'm pretty sure this pattern appears due to the clamp or whatever they used while glue is drying
