So far I have no complaints about this couch except for the cheap quality of the pillows that came with it. I wanted a nice sectional for my living room, to finally replace my worn-out couch from Slumberland, and wanted something that would be sturdier, and hold up to my kids, aged 8 and 16. I also really loved the blue color of this, I am tired of drab black, beige and grey, needed a change. Anyways, I read the reviews about the size and firmness of this, and wanting something firmer, I got brave enough to order it. I also ordered a product warranty, because well, with furniture, you never know.First things first, definitely strange having this delivered in boxes, like other reviewers commented, I've never had to "assemble" a large furniture item like a couch before. It struck me as odd, and I had great concerns what the quality would be like coming out of boxes, but I bravely tackled the assembly with my husband, nonetheless. Quality is not the best, this is certainly not no $2k Ashley furniture sectional, but it is also not the cheapest sectional I could imagine for the price. The pieces were fairly easy to assemble, despite the somewhat unclear instructions, common sense took over and we got the hang of it. I like how the pieces easily "hook" together, to allow you to change the layout of the sectional at any time. Few sectionals are able to be changed from left, to right hand.Lastly, I like the stiffness of the cushions personally. Some people want a softer, cushy couch, then this is NOT for you. I myself, wanted something that feels sturdier, so it would hold up to time. I have had a number of couches that literally fall apart because of "soft" cushions. They break down and get smashed over time, and never last more than 3-4 years, tops. With this one, it instantly felt firm, yet bouncy and springy, and plenty of support in the back area as well. I actually feel like I may get 5 years out of this, maybe even more! And for the cost, that is perfect. You can't go wrong with an optional Amazon furniture warranty for the price, that way if it breaks down from normal wear and tear, or the hardware doesn't hold up, etc., you can get it repaired or replaced. Total bargain!Overall, I am actually 100% please with this. As of this review, we have already had the sectional for about a month, and I am still in love with it! UPDATE-6/4/2020:So...I felt I needed to update my review. Went from 3-4 stars down to 1. The springs in the seat broke. In 2 spots. Sure, the couch is used daily. But for a couch for a living room, that's normal. No one plops or jumps on the couch. No animals on it. I don't understand how you just sit one day, hear a loud THWANG, and boom, springs are broken. Don't get me wrong, it's ore comfortable now lol, but I worry about the integrity of the couch now and that it will break completely. Idk...if you're in a pinch and need a cheap sectional, go for it. Otherwise...save a bit and get something better.First off, couch took forever to arrive even though it was at the local carrier for days. And they never setup delivery like it said they would, instead they just showed up. And even though no signature was required (Was told that by amazon and delivery company) they told me it was good that I was there because they required a signature. Now, onto the actual product. Fairly easy to put together. I put it together myself in an hour or so. Looked beautiful. But after sitting on it for about a month I've noticed that the cushions are now dented, and it's not very comfortable anymore. But my biggest issue is that where the pieces connect, the backs of them don't match up. This is not due to constant sitting, because people rarely sit in those spots. It's not due to the legs either, because I've put ALL the legs on. It's just that when put together there's an 1-2inch difference in height. Another large issue-We're average people, not large but I am tall-the arms of the couch are flimsy. I put my hand on the arm to get up, put barely any weight on it, and the wood that goes across the top of the arm made a very loud CRACK and broke. No real structural issue with it, but the tops of the arms now sag in a bit. It still looks decent, and is still functional, but just remember you get what you pay for. 700$ish for this large of a sectional is pretty cheap.

I wanted to wait a while before I posted my review, because I take these reviews very seriously when I buy on amazon. I got this couch in April and like many of the reviews said, it’s hard at first. But after you sit on it a few times it softens up. It was easy to set up, maybe took me 30 min once i inboxed it all. My dogs run amuck on it and I have had no problem with the quality. It’s super long and great for my apt. The color is very nice. I replaced the accent pillows it came with cause they were ehhhhhh. Easy fix. My only wish is it was a little deeper for lounging. All in all, great value for the price and I’m very pleased.

We received our new sectional today. We have an oddly shaped, narrow living room. Our fireplace is huge. Our ceilings are 16'. So trying to find the right furniture for the room has been a challenge. This sectional is perfect. We set it up so the long end runs parallel to the fireplace with the short end perpendicular and in line with the fireplace.The sofa is firm with all cushions attached. Which is really nice as the old sofa's cushions weren't and we were always pushing in cushions, pulling up the back cushions, vacuuming the sofa. It was easy to put together and it looks great in the room. Love the navy color.As for customer service, it was above and beyond. I never expected to be contacted by the company about delivery. I mean, it's an Amazon purchase and you get a delivery window. Not with this company. I got a phone call regarding delivery date and am told I would be contacted 2 days before delivery. I got a text two days before delivery with a time window. Day of delivery, we got a call. Weird thing was they called my husbands phone a couple of times, but the 3rd time, I answered. They were in the early end of the delivery time. The gents who delivered it were so professional.We've had several items delivered this year (doing a refresh). By far, this was the best delivery we've had (short of the team who delivered our refrigerator). I'm super impressed and very pleased with the entire process.
