I liked the number of servings per tub of creatine but I didn't like its inability to dissolve entirely.

I have been taking 5 grams of this creatine each day since August 2025. I am 39 and have fibromyalgia and a few autoimmune diseases so I am always looking for something natural to help with my quality of life. without increasing my activity, I can't believe the muscles I can see and feel that I didn't really noticed before. I started taking for an about 3 weeks now and I can definitely see the results. Not sure if I feel stronger on it but I definitely look better since I started taking it.
