Very convenient and easy to use.
Performed very well on an overgrown hedge with 5Ah battery fitted. Only criticism (as already reported by other reviewers) is the trigger switch which I found to be too light, making it very easy to inadvertently start the motor when picking the tool up and while holding it idle. Won't entirely replace my petrol trimmer for heavier cutting and thinning, but the low weight makes it very easy to use especially when perched up a step ladder, reaching across a high and wide hedge. An ideal tool for normal cutting and late season tidy-up. Would recommend.

Lightweight and easy to use.
Excellent peice of kit, lightweight easy to use, long cutting edge, doesn't drain the battery too quickly. I've used it on a variety of hedging cutting them all without hesitation. I would recommend it .

4 and a half stars really. It cuts well and is very easy to control. Light overall weight with small battery. Minus half star for lightweight action of safety switch. Too easy to depress. Carry with one hand between cutting sessions.

Very powerful burns through the batteries so get extra ones they are good and not expensive
This thing is great burns through the batteries though so get extra ones if you are doing a lot of stuff I am ploughing through brambles and undergrowth like butter , good on olive trees hedges , I have seriously given this I hammering clearing out a wooded area that should have killed a non professional brush cutter but with a bit of oil this is way more powerful than you think

A GOOD LIGHTWEIGHT TOOL WITH LONGEVITY
Purchased mine over a year ago (May 2025) it has had much usage in our largish garden which has quite a few mature shrubs, It is quite light which is a must for myself, being disabled and therefore easy too handle, only minor fault is that it’s quite easy to accidentally turn on even though you need to press two switches simultaneously. I give the cutting edges a light clean with a brass wire brush and a light coat of lubricant after each use. Recommend.
