But even though it is plastic, it's a very sturdy rose, the petals seem durable, and it is still beautiful. It catches the light wonderfully. My only wish was that it was packaged nicer, It came in a sturdy box, but it wasn't padded or silk inside or anything, and I wish it was, because it kind of looks like I just bought this from a "tourist trap" gift shop.
