SORBOS Flavor Mix Variety Set, Edible Straws, 7.4 in, 200 Count

My husband's work had a holiday craft cocktail online Happy Hour experience which was guided by a mixologist. It was very cool - everyone was sent ahead a kit with all the components for making expresso martinis and whiskey sours during a Zoom call. One of these lemon straws was included as a component of the whiskey sours, (along with dehydrated lemon slices for the garnish). The straw was an impressive surprise: environmentally friendly, sure - but functionally a huge success (unlike those wishy washy wax straws), and the straw helped add a delicious complexity to the cocktail. Not too sweet, not too sour, no nasty synthetic taste...the lemon straw is pretty amazing. So I ordered this mixed box, and while the other chocolate, strawberry, and lime ones are also good - the lemon ones are just so great I wish I'd gone with all lemon. Everyone I've made the whiskey sours for asks me for the link for how to order these straws, they are that big of a hit. And several of my friends are former hospitality people (fine dining restaurant background), so they've got pretty honed tastebuds. If you haven't tried these, just know that they are so much better than you'd ever think. I was so pleasantly surprised. Also know, each straw does have a finite functionality lifespan. Once you start sipping from it, the drink's moisture starts to affect it. You'll be able to sip from it for about an hour, then the part immersed in liquid begins to soften and ultimately collapse. But as long as the drinks you are making are also tasty, that really shouldn't be a hardship!

I liked all 4 flavors!! Perfect for different types of drinks (smoothies, lemonades ect) I am not a big straw drinker but this made it so fun!! I use them for my son and myself ... love how it is such a better alternative to plastic and it is one time use which I find better than trying to clean reusable straws. Great for parties as well.

The taste is great, however in liquid they don’t last long. One box is probably it for us.

I was recently influenced to buy these after seeing a FB video of a woman on a Disney cruise saying these straws could make our favorite carbonated beverages "snap" again. My full intended purpose for these was to aid in my quit smoking journey. These seem like a safer idea than vaping and obviously less wasteful than chewing on straws which is recommended a lot for smoking cessation. So I am asking, could you please make a mint version? These have huge potential in an unintended market. I will accept payment for this fabulous idea in the form of a box of 200 mint ones. lol .

These things are so awesome! Oh my goodness how cool is this? They truly are edible straws and they last twice as long as those stupid paper straws do. The only thing I would say is perhaps the taste can be improved on just a little bit but overall they do taste pretty good and the taste of the straw does not at all interfere with the taste of your drink. I first had these on a cruise line and out of curiosity checked to see if I could buy them and sure enough Amazon has everything LOL. Anyway I would highly recommend these especially if you're throwing a big party it's such a cool novelty item.

I experienced these for the first time at an amusement park in my Margarita! I was so excited that I was able to find the exact kind on Amazon! They last so long in your cocktail and are much more preferred than paper or plastic straws! They come in four flavors that can be used in a variety of drinks. My kids love them and the adults enjoy them at parties in their drinks!

These individually wrapped straws are exactly the same ones that we get at Trop*c@l smoothie place. They are a dollar each when we buy smoothies, So this bulk pack is a really good deal. I like to make green smoothies at home too. the kids love these straws so they will come in handy to drink our healthier homemade smoothies. they are made of similar content as Necco wafers if you've ever had those. Flavors are very fruity (except the chocolate of course).

I first had one of these straws on a cruise to the Bahamas. They were wonderful in the fruity mixed drinks. Glad I was able to order a variety pack on amazon. They are fun for parties and weekend relaxation. The kids enjoy them too. They do soften after several minutes so don't be too slow with them. I will buy more.

These have been so popular at our Pub. They are a big novelty hit and taste good as well.

I got these on a whim, hoping they would work and also taste nice. The four flavours (lime, Lemon, strawberry, chocolate) are all very yummy and the straws last for ages in your drink. They are robust enough to stir an icy drink without the straw disintegrating. They slightly flavour the water but not in a bad way. I haven't tried a chocolate straw in water - it would be find but probably nicer in milk. There were comments about close use by dates. Mine arrived in July for use by mid November, which is fine.

Had these once with a bottle of Barcardi as a freebie and decided to buy a pack. I think these are great for the price and remind me of candy sticks. The various flavours do add taste to a drink and are great for parties.

These are great to take out with you and you get to eat the straw as well.

Just came back from Portugal and these were in our hotel bar, they came with cocktails brilliant idea, great taste and hold solid !
