I’ve been using ZzzQuil for quite a while, and it’s my go-to whenever I’m having trouble falling asleep. On those nights when my mind just won’t settle down, this helps me drift off much more easily. I also appreciate that I don’t wake up feeling groggy the next morning when I use it as directed. It’s become something I keep on hand because it’s reliable and works well for me when I need an occasional little extra help getting a good night’s sleep.

Its a great product. I tried a lot of other stuff. Melatonin gummies, etc. This works best for me if I need to sleep. No hangover in the morning. Not sure of the negative thing about diphenhydramine HCL. I mean really, did you not know what it was when you bought it? I can absolutely attest to the taste of the berry one. Tastes like crap :). Just suck it down and chase with water. Whatever you do don't buy the camomile and honey one. It REALLY tastes like crap. I had to throw half a bottle away because I just could not make myself use it. Regardless of the taste, it does work if you need a good nights sleep. I have had issues with sleep my entire life. This is the only thing I have found that works for me. I do not take it every night, just when I know I really need to get a good nights sleep in this night.

I tried this product of a period of a few days. I took 30 ml the first night. I fell right to sleep and didn’t wake up until morning. It was excellent. The next 2 nights I took 15 lm. That was good for me being 140lbs. It seemed almost as good. Then I tried 7.5ml just to see. This seemed like my normal sleep. I even woke a few times. The next night I did 15 ml and that seems just right for me. This stuff really works. I am keeping this on hand if I need a good night of sleep or just can’t sleep. I loved the berry taste. It’s so good. This 2 pack was a good value for the money. It’s easy to use and adjust if you need to. I am always keeping this in my bathroom.

The liquid format is super easy to take, works quickly, and it's a great value to have on hand for occasional sleeplessness. However, I have to be honest and share a small caveat. In my personal experience, regular NyQuil actually works just as well for putting me out—if not a little bit better. The biggest difference for me is that NyQuil also completely unstuffs my head, which makes breathing and sleeping so much more comfortable. Since ZzzQuil is just the sleep aid (Diphenhydramine HCl) without the extra decongestant ingredients, you don't get that clear-breathing bonus. If you are just looking for a straight-up sleep aid to help you catch some Zs, this is a fantastic, high-quality option to keep in your medicine cabinet. But if you have even a tiny bit of a stuffy nose or prefer that extra decongestant feeling, you might find yourself reaching for the NyQuil instead. Hope this helps!

I just use this for the first time last night and I will say that my sleep has been really wrecked because I’m off for the summer. I work for a school system and I’ve been sleeping until about 2 o’clock every day. This made me sleepy in the space of about an hour however, I did not stay asleep and I think that might be because my sleep is so messed up right now so I’m gonna keep with it and see how it does once I get more on track.

My go to for sleep. I’ve been on lunesta, delsom, and ambian, and they never worked for me. This stuff knocks me out for a good 7-8 hours. Taste is well no bad but of course it’s medicine.

this really helps with sleeping issues, if you have sleep deprivation like me, it makes your overthinking go away, i cannot wait to restock again in a few months when it runs out!
