yes it would work assuming a 7 speed rear cog.

Would this work as a replacement for broken shifters and grip for my gt palomar 18' moutain bike or is it the wrong item if so would anyone recommen

Works for roadmaster 3×6 speed?

It would be better to get the correct indexing, these are supposed to be 3×7n(at least the pair I purchased) but they aren't the most precise shifters, so it could work, just might make for sloppy shifting, and a little hassle dialing in the derailleurs. Not the best fit, but I don't use all my gears, so it kind of of works for me despite the fact that my cassette isn't ×7.
