If the disc thickness is the same as the Yamaha R3, then yes it will fit on either the front or rear break disc

Will this fit on a 2015 Yamaha R3?

It should fit, I would just check the throat depth of and pin size of the xena and compare it to your bikes front disc, I have a 2009 Vulcan voyage and it fits fine, pretty universal. Works great by the way.
