The best I have had so far and I grew up on this stuff!

This is the best Haddar I have ever bought. I highly recommend it tastes great and is a reasonable price. The packaging allows it to be resealed to stay fresh.

Lovely. Has a very sweet flavor, and has both a creamy and slightly crunchy texture. Kind of reminds me of a softer butterfinger. For the reviewer that mentioned the oily film, it is too bad that they trashed it. This is made from tahini which is.. oily. And there is some added oil in it. It did not seem out of the ordinary for me. The actual product is not oily. It is firm and cuttable. Just a tinge of oil on the peel back protective film. 17 servings per package. I lightly scored the pack into 16 servings. Very sweet. Not bad on its own, but it definitely benefits from being paired with something (like strong coffee) to temper it a bit. I like it pretty much just like that. As a sweet little treat. I have yet to add it to anything. Pretty much bought this on a whim. I absolutely adore sesame anything.

delicious halvah... of course it is sweet, it has sugar. protein in sesame seeds offset by sugar content. it comes in a container is easy to open. another brand's locked me out with some kind of baby-proof design repellant to people of a certain age.

Arrived on schedule and was excellent

I love Halva! I could not find the brand I liked and previously purchased. I bought this twice in February. The first plastic container was great. Not too crumbly or overly sweet. The second one was really nasty. It was hard, sticky w/ hard top and sides, and self destroyed itself upon cutting it. The candy stuck to the container as well. When I ate a piece it was stale and the "coating" was hard sugar that stuck to my teeth and virtually impossible to remove. Eventually it melted😜 I would not recommend this brand unless they can produce a product that is consistent! It's relatively expensive too! You can get high end candies when it's $15.00 plus a pound! Take notice make a consistent product and I'll change my rating.
