This is super healthy but you don't smell of garlic and it doesn't burn your mouth or irritate your stomach like raw garlic can. The taste reminds me smoked plums. If you have a high blood pressure or just want to maintain your blood vessels healthy, this is highly recommended. It can be used for cooking too, of course.

Really liked this. I got hooked on black garlic recently after buying a Spanish version, and I snack on a couple of cloves in passing, just to enjoy the flavour. If you've not tried black garlic, it's nothing like fresh garlic - it's somewhat like a soft gummy with a really sweet flavour that has a citrusy acidity and some deep, aromatic notes that are quite addictive. It has none of the pungency of raw garlic and little of that garlic smell. I can imagine it'd be amazing in salads (a Greek salad particularly) or as a garnish, but I'm mainly just snacking on it. This product is a good sized tub with lots of cloves, and it's packaged well. The garlic is nicely-processed and it's just clean cloves, with no papery garlic skin. It's one of those flavours that you hanker after in the middle of the night, and this product is just great. I'll be buying again.
