This B vitamin pill is the real deal. I definitely like the potency of it, your urine will turn flashlight bright. I was going through a few health videos, discovered that my symptoms were probably due to lack of B vitamins in my body because you have to eat them every day in the first place...Guilty. So I bought these Bluebonnet B-complex to bring my body up to speed and around two months, I noticed the difference. I don't wake up fatigued, my hair doesn't feel as brittle, I'm dealing with allergies much better, my food doesn't just sit in my stomach, I feel more energetic than usual and my red blood cell distribution are much better according to my lab reports. But I'm also doing better with food selection to get the vitamins I need because I'm OLD-er now and health is much more complex. There are no side effects to these vitamins other than needing to wear shades when you pee. These are good quality.

I have been using this product several years and I'm happy with the overall results. The capsules are larger than most vitamins and other medicine I take on a regular basis. The only major side effect is it turns your urine a bright yellow. The product comes in a glass bottle. I have had a couple of bottles break during shipment and had to reorder. Amazon and the vendor need to provide a more consistent shipping experience. Shatterproof packaging would be a great standard for this type of glass bottle products.
