These feel heavy duty and provide good support for knees when doing squats and lunges. Definitely feels better when doing heavy leg exercises with these than without. Only minor complaint is that they are so thick and airtight that my knees sweat, and the neoprene soaks that smell and the sleeves get a funky odor after a while. Need to wash this every so often.
