Excellent travel companion.
This bag has lots of room, is very light, and is very well built. It has very high quality wheels and rolls with ease. The handle has two positions so if you are short or tall you can adjust it to one of the two positions that suit you best. Great travel bag with lots of compartments, I love it.

Excellent Mid-Sized Luggage
Two trips to Europe including dragging it 1 1/2 miles to the Gare de Lyon train station in Paris, on the Paris Metro and London underground, across multiple staircase bridges in Venice (and I was brutal on the extension handle) and it's still in great shape. The suiter worked particularly well for my wife's dresses. I also like that the extension handle has a nice, solid feel to it and the wheels are well balanced so the suitcase doesn't rock and bounce when racing to catch my flight. You can easily hit the 50 pound mark with this size case, but it's not a huge bag.

Good durable luggage
I have been a fan of travel pro for years and have a lot of their Travel series luggage both on th carry on board and check in. Good suitcases that take a beating and continue to function for years to come. I travel about 150k miles a year and the checkin luggage last me an average of 4 years befor they start to do weird things. My only gripe on this is the zipper. I have broken 1 zipper pull on each of the last 4 travel pro's right at the attachment point. I use my TSA lock as the pully now. I feel like it's a design flaw on how narrow they make the zipper pully . Otherwise all good!

Fantastic bag!
Just got back from Italy with six flights and this bag performed flawlessly. We are going to order the smaller carry on size based on the quality and performance we got from this one. Update: Over a year now and it is still perfect. Took it with me on a 2 week work roadtrip and no problems. It has also been roughly handled on several domestic flights and I still stand by my first review. Bag looks and performs like new still.

Super Nice, Didn't Like only 2 Wheels, Upgraded to Travel Pro Platinum Elite
TravePro makes some of the best luggage on the planet, The bag was well built super heavy duty zippers, Wheels are super duty and rolls perfect, But I returned the bag b/c I just like spinner Luggage and ended up buying the The Travelpro Platinum Elite 25” Expandable Spinner Suiter Suitcase with the spinner wheels and bunch other feature, Removable wet bag, etc https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DLDWKN3/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 We loved that one so much I also bought the matching carry on by TravelPro that will fit into Delta and United airlines Carry on Size Check bin at the Check in gates. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DLBB5BZ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Replacement for a clam suitcase and works good.
First trip out and at the start of a long trip I was cussing out this suitcase. I had wheeled the suitcase over a block of gravel then multiple blocks of cobblestone then got to smoothish marble sidewalks when I started to get a squeak. Before then the bag had been easy to go on the various surfaces and the height with the handle was good. Got to my hotel and checked the wheels and saw no problems. Heading back out, sans the suitcase, and got the squeaks again it was my shoes. Once that thinking was gone I had no issues with the luggage. It is light weight and held up to punishment to the wheels and being tossed around with no issues. This is a replacing an old clam luggage, that go destroyed by some bag handler, and I am liking it.

Warranty is impossible to use if you don't live where the repair shop is
After researching I decided that spinner wheels were to fragile and went with a roller board. I bought Travelpro because of the warranty. I used it on two trips and Delta airlines ruined one wheel. I would have to pay to ship the bag for repairs because the nearest repair shop is over 90 miles away. Instead of sending me a free wheel, they charged me $12.00. It is annoying that I am saving them money by fixing it myself, yet they charge me. From the looks of my wheel I think a spinner would have been damaged even more. I don't know what Delta did to cause this type of damage. The good thing is I can fix it. Get luggage that has wheels put on with screws that can be replaced. Just know that you will either pay for shipping or the part, unless the repair shop is in your town. For me the warranty is useless. The bag itself is average. My husband has a Costco bag that packs just as well as this, and this cost more. Costco would have given me a new bag if I took it back damaged like this.

Almost perfect, with one major modification
Just received this and have not used yet, so will update later if any flaws occur. This is a nice, solid suitcase but with one major design flaw - the backside of it is not reinforced at all; it's just cloth and a thin layer foam lining (see pictures). Since this is a checked piece of luggage, this blows my mind they would skimp on this. So, I got crafty with a few pieces of cardboard and reinforced it myself (double layers) as pictured. This is a temporary solution for the time being or until I can find a thick plastic or some type of waterproof board that will hold up in case of any water damage. Besides this, the indigo color is a beautiful purplish-blue. The removable suiter attachment is nice for long tunic tops or dresses (and obviously suits). Zippers are smooth and don't notice any issues as of right now. Overall pretty happy with this suitcase despite above stated design flaw.

Misleading product description
So contrary to the pictures and description on the amazon webpage this suitcase DOES NOT HAVE THE USB CHARGING PORT built into it. I purchased this case specifically for that reason because I wanted to use a battery bank with it, but now I cannot. If it were not such a huge item and if I had not purchased it as a Christmas Gift for someone I would return it.
