They're also great for larger items like roasts or large steaks.These bags won't puncture easily like cheaper solutions and they'll hold up to even very long baths in higher temp cooking recipes.I'd highly recommend these bags to anyone cooking sous vide. I'll certainly be ordering more soon. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the extra money, as they are solid and fit the Sous Vide Supreme machine exactly *by G***1 on April 19, 2016* There are less expensive versions of the sous vide bags, but these are very sturdy (a leak would be a real problem for the sous vide machine) and are an exact fit for the vacuum channel in the machine.
