So much better than a traditional treadmill!!
I got this for my home/ Personal training gym and am loving it! It is smooth and feels more natural for walking/ jogging. It is functional too with resistance settings so it allows you to add power walking, side shuffle, and push sled to your workouts. My clients are enjoying it also. A big reason why I wanted to get a manuel treadmill is doesn't need to be plugged in and use power. I live in Phoenix AZ and it gets pretty hot part of the year. I have a mini split in the garage that works well but a plugged in treadmill running would use too much power and short circuit. I don't have to worry about that now! This thing should last a long time with little maintenance! The customer service is helpful and responds quickly to questions. I would recommend getting another person to help put it together. My 12 year old son helped me and it was doable for us. BUT TAKE YOUR TIME. I didn't plug in one of the data cables at the lower bar correctly after putting it together the first time and the timer/tracker wasn't reading. I had to redo one side again. Everything works great now!!! I recommend

Complicated Installation But Great Customer Service and a Good Quality Product
The treadmill was a little complicated to install and I reached out to customer service because I noticed some missing screws and there were a few discrepancies in the instructions. They were very helpful and guided me through the installation process, letting me know that there was a bag of extra screws included and some of the instructions weren't updated to account for the changes for the cable adjuster bolt. It took a few hours but we ended up installing it successfully and I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and am starting to enjoy using it. It will be a great to use it when I don’t want to run outside in the cold.

Great for serious runners
I'm a retired ultra-marathon runner, up to 100k distance. When selecting this unit, I mentally filtered reviews by other runners as runners have different perspectives of treadmills than walkers. Walkers can generally walk on a running treadmill, but runners can't always run on a walking treadmill. If you know you know. This is my first time running on a curve treadmill. As advertised, it is a better cardio workout than motorized treadmills. Read carefully: better cardio=more/harder work. Even with the lowest resistance, running on this feels equal to approximately 2-3% incline on a motorized mill. Walking seems closer to walking on level ground effort. I would definitely classify this as a serious running treadmill. It is also great for walking, but probably overkill. You could get a suitable treadmill for walking for a fraction of the price. Shipping was fast with delivery on the first day of the estimated delivery window. You do need to be home for delivery. It may only be dropped to the edge of the road depending on your access due to it's size and weight. My delivery guy got it close to the house. Assembly was relatively easy, the instructions were clear. The instructions suggest an assistant for 2 steps. I did it by myself, but 2 people would definitely have been easier for those steps. After running a few times on it, I decided it was a little more noisy than I thought it should be. The belt was a little tight and didn't fully relax into the curve at rest, so I adjusted the belt tension until it layed down and it is much quieter now. There were no instructions for adjustments but it was easy to figure out and customer service is excellent. See next paragraph. I contacted customer service with a question about height adjustment. I sent an email at 7 pm and had an answer by 9pm. I was not expecting that quick of an after hours response. The reply was fast, helpful and included instructions and pictures. The run is smooth, stable and comfortable. The running surface is comparable to a Woodway treadmill, which is much softer than a conventional treadmill, in terms of cushion. The running effort at zero resistance is comparable to trail running effort, more difficult than road running (concrete or pavement). This will be excellent for VO2 max training. As you can immediately jump to sprinting then back to slower pace without a delay. Speed changes are close to instant. One note: the deck is higher than a typical treadmill. With my setup, it is 13" - 19". If you are using in a basement or other low ceiling environment, or if you are very tall, that might be a consideration. There is no bottle or phone holder. I highly recommend ordering one separately if you plan to spend a decent about of time on this. Definitely recommend for serious runners or high mileage use.

Very Solid Machine. Amazing Seller!
This replaced a Bowflex machine that had multiple failures along the metal frame that holds it together. I was really hoping to find a machine that wouldn't be so cheaply made and had a 10 year warranty on the frame. Since it doesn't have a motor or incline, the design is much simpler leaving fewer things to break. It really checked all the boxes for being a heavy duty treadmill that probably won't break anytime soon. The control panel seems a bit cheap and basic but I knew that going into this purchase. It does what I need it to do and seems easy to replace if needed. The seller provided a lot of updates as the order progressed and warned me of a potential error in shipment while it was en route. Thankfully there was no issue with my particular order but I was shocked by how proactive the seller was. I was pleasantly surprised! I kind of wish that I needed more equipment from this seller but my home gym is full so I'm good for now.

Missing critical hardware and terrible assembly instructions
This was one of the most frustrating assembly experiences I’ve had. My treadmill appears to be missing a critical nut required to secure the resistance cable assembly. The manual clearly shows that this hardware is needed, but it was not included in my package. Without it, the machine cannot be assembled correctly. On top of that, the manual is very poorly written and hard to follow. The cable steps are vague, the pictures are unclear, and there is far too much guesswork. There is also no proper assembly video for this exact model online, so I had to look at videos from other brands just to guess how certain parts should be installed. For this price, that is completely unacceptable. Missing critical hardware and providing bad instructions is a terrible combination. I would not recommend this treadmill.

Seems super sturdy
Seems very sturdy and the adjustable resistance is a nice feature. I docked a star because I felt like the installation manual was a bit confusing. I did like that they provide you with some spare screws, etc.

You get what you pay for!! … no, you get more than that actually.
The treadmill is really good! you truly get what you pay with this treadmill… I have owned it for just a few weeks, and I still need to fully test all its functionalities. However, I can tell you right away that this was made to last… and the manufacturer knows it because they are offering a much longer warranty (compared to other manufacturers of similar products). I am a first time buyer of curved non-motorized treadmills, and I don’t regret the purchase one bit. If you can afford it, I truly doubt that there is anything else better than this on the market today. This goes for quality of materials, sturdiness of the overall build. In terms of how the treadmill works, it does take a day or two to get used to the curved shape, but after that it becomes something you get used to and look for. It does get you tired sooner (compared to a classical motorized flat treadmill), so the this probably means that the workout is more efficient. It does take 2 people to assembly it: it is simple, but some parts are heavy and 4 arms make the assembly process a lot smoother. Overall this is it a great product and I would buy it again if I did not have it. The truly stunning, out of this world, and unforgettable thing you must know if you buy this treadmill, is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. They got your back no matter what happens to the treadmill… it may sound a rhetoric, but believe me it is 200% true. Not just that, they respond immediately, straight to the point, and they truly try their best to ensure that you are happy with their products . I can honestly tell you that in my entire life I have seen and worked with impressive customer services of different companies (small and big). Well, the customer service that you get with SB Fitness is at a completely different level… I feel compelled to tell you and yet cannot find the words to fully express what I mean. There have been some issues with the shipping: 1) delivery to a residential area does require the assistance of someone that helps you with the load (UPS freight just a leaves the package on the carb), 2) there was a missing bolt. The customer service at SB fitness helped me tremendously with issue #1, and they did not blink a second to ship the missing bolt. Their professionalism, politeness, and understanding, set the bar very high! If they ready this review, THANK YOU again. So bottom line, if you can afford it, the treadmill is great, and it is backed by a company that is truly there for you if you need their help with their product. This is what I call a worry-free purchased!

I Love This Thing
I love this thing. It's very well made, smooth, and quiet. I walk a lot and got tired of walking in the Florida Heat. I was looking at the Assault Runner Pro because of the reviews but I am really happy i went with this instead. it came in a crate well packaged and free of any damage. I am 62 and in pretty good shape and got it into the house with no trouble and assembled it alone in short order. I will say that it is HEAVY. it rolls easily on its casters but you better have a bunch of really good friends if you want it in the basement or on the second floor. It just fit trough my front door with very little room to spare. Also know that you will need a straight shot to where you want it placed as it is like maneuvering a couch. I'm 6'2 and there are no problems with the size. Lots of room on the deck. The rails do not impinge on the space you use. I bought a 3' piece of aluminum plank and mounted a TV on it rather than the display that came with it. There is nothing about it that I do not like. I gonna try to wear it out but I'm pretty sure I'm going to the bone yard before it does.
