Comes with 7 step instruction sheet on how to install + a DVD....highly recommend this product. **Q: Can you fix this to your trail wrist to maintain the wedge through impact ?** A: Yes, but since it is after impact your trailing wrist bends forward which will not allow the device to "click" so the device needs to be moved from the outside or top of your trailing wrist to the inside of the wrist.
