Not sticky to the hands but stays in place very well. Too soon to tell but seems like it will stay pliable and not harden. Bottom line a great product for sealing up those holes in the wall through out the house where plumbing or wire passes through.

A: Cannot say. I bought it as a waterproof sealant and for this purpose it works perfectly.

Love this stuff works great for my application, the consistency of the product is nice and firm, looks like it's gonna stay flexible for a while and you don't have to worry about it drying out, it's a nice thick product that will be compatible with a lot of your applications. You can use this for a lot of different things, it'll be compatible with so many of your projects ones especially where you can't use grommets because of space constraints or anytime you need a extra seal on something, this stuff is great, most of all it's not supposed to dry out so that makes it really useful.
