Both batteries work well and charge using the original and aftermarket chargers. The battery life is about 2/3 - 3/4 of the original Makita 6 AH batteries at new so would givee them a 3.5 in terms of battery life. They appear well made externally and value for money is amazing. Would buy again. In my opinion, Value puts them at 5 stars.

These are not compatible with Makita 18V battery chargers. They work in the tools but do not charge on the chargers. Defeating the purpose of a rechargeable battery as described. Do not buy. Buyer beware. I got what I paid for on these a one time use.

I bought the set and within a few short months half of them quit taking a charge so the original ones have been no issues what so ever. In my opinion you get what you pay for . want to be cheap then you get a cheap product. Next time I will buy the Brand name.

These fit my drill and driver, but do not fit in the angle grinder. Look at the photo attached to this review and pay particular attention to the thickness of the guide rails. This product’s guide rail is considerably thicker and cannot be seated in the angle grinder. Works great on the drill and drivers.

I ordered 2 sets (4 batteries), None of them were compatible with 3 different Makita chargers. The batteries locked perfectly on the tools, but when it is time to charge them trouble comes. I am in the process of returning them.***UPDATEStill waiting for refund, nothing yet… Almost two weeks and no feedback from them.. I supposed they didn’t like my review.

Will not fully charge and are dead in less than 5 minutes of use. I bought 6 and everyone was a dud.
