Wanted to try out this type of rice and this was the best price for a smaller quantity. I also liked that it was already cooked and ready to go. As others have mentioned, it had a very mild "fish" scent but that did wash away once I rinsed it before using. I also cooked in a pan with some spices and sauce and it didn't lose its texture or go mushy so that was nice. The serving size on the bag is a vicious lie (says 4 servings). The bag is a single-serving unless you are a small child. Overall, a good buy.

So I was anxious to try this but found when I went to make it that the product is beyond it’s expiration date. I right away went to return the product only to find it’s non-returnable. What a waste of money!

I had to get used to texture which was more like pasta than rice grain but taste good when added with other items like sauce or gravy. It’s a good alternative especially if u are on a keto type eating plan

This is a great substitution for rice and much better than the pasta equivalent. I toss on a high heat cast iron pan which takes off extra moisture to help with the texture. I eat this regularly.

The noodles has a slight fishes taste but you can get over that. The texture is terrible. It is very rubbery. It reminds me of what imagine what frog eggs would be like

The rice was good and I loved that it was already prepared but the serving size data is inaccurate.States 4 servings but mathematically it isn’t possible...I’d still recommend as alternative to regular rice.
