The one I bought for my wife was to stimulate head hair growth and had an array of laser LEDs of one specific wavelength, designed for hair follicals. Your product seems to be more comprehensive with at least 3 different light frequencies, more functions and corresponding more expensive. It seems to be horses for courses, choose the one that furfills your needs. Hope this helps. **Q: Do the lasers flash on and off when the helmet is on?** A: No they don’t need to flash. Other manufacturers have to do this to keep the lasers cool. I am female and was diagnosed with female pattern hair loss, a decade ago lost 70% of my hair, tried every vitamin, shampoo, foam, liquid, my last resort was a trichologist recommending this. Bought it and used regularly, even more often than suggested, not one hair has grown, no density, no changes.
