All in all this creatine is decent, though I do have some concerns toward this product. I say that because it says 100% powder rather than 100% pure micronized creatine...which leads me to believe there may be additives. The second concern is that only one other verified purchase is in the reviews. Which may be fake reviews. Other than that I do like this product

I use the maintenance dosage. I have already seen a gain in muscle mass and muscle strength within the first couple weeks..

Nothing wrong with it to warrant anything but a full positive rating.As other mentioned, it is not water-soluble. I weigh out a serving and put it in a about 1/3 glass of water and swirl it around, then drink. Swirling doesn't dissolve, but it does "suspend" it briefly. One more "rinse" of the glass seems to get the rest. Follow up with a full glass of water, or whatever your needs are.Alternatively, I have added it to greek yogurt. It's fine that way if you don't mind the slight gritty texture you get. I prefer the water swirl.

This product seems fine, but it is gritty. Not micronized, which is what I prefer.

I had not known this brand before I tried other supplements from this brand and it's been consistently good. I've used other creatine before and they don't dissolve in cold water - it seems like that's a nature of creatine. This one does dissolve in cold water and I like it.
