Does what it says it does...
This does what it's supposed to do, which is keep you elevated. However, this is VERY hard to sit on and made my legs go to sleep REALLY quick. I got the bright idea of putting the curved side down so the flat part was on my hamstrings and it was MUCH better.

Very Good quality , but not much needed
The rating is not because of the quality, very good quality. But if u use the disposable cups , u will use it only for 5 days . So there is no use for it after day 5
