I was delighted to find that such a product existed! My throat often gets so dry that it is uncomfortable-- especially when a water source is not handy. This gum solves the problem. I find it pleasant to chew and it does not stick to dental work. One piece soothes and moisturizes my mouth for at least a couple of hours. It is also a mild breath freshener. I keep a package in my purse at all times.

These have been a total game changer for me! I have Lupus and Sjögrens among other immunocompromised conditions that unrelentingly punishes me with severe dry mouth. It was pretty unmanageable until I found this product. I go through a box in less than a week. It is the last thing I have before I fall asleep and the first thing when I wake up. I take one after each meal and as needed throughout the day. I am such a fan of this product that I have pretty much become its unofficial, unpaid, unsponsored spokesperson! I swear by its the honey-lemon flavor and absolutely love the relief it brings me! I have given away so many “3 lozenges strips” as samples at doctors’ waiting room areas, that I should probably stop for the expense of it only - but it works so well, I need to share with those that might get relief from it. Like I do! It would be so selfish of me not to, when it has been a game changer providing such great relief! I have most recently shared it with a dear friend going through chemo - now she wouldn’t go without them as well! I took her to her appointment the other day and shared an entire box with patients receiving treatment there. Everyone, without exception, loved them. I have also given them to my kids’ elementary school teachers and they have all raved about the relief these lozenges bring them when they talk all day without a chance to even get a zip of water! These lozenges were recommended by my dentist, as part of my treatment to try to save my teeth. If you have severe dry mouth, you know exactly what an ongoing battle this is! These lozenges taste AMAZING (I admit honey-lemon is the only flavor I have tried). They are incredibly efficient for dry mouth, they refreshen your breath, plus they will not make you gain weight: zero sugar! BOOM! What can be better to manage this frustrating consequence of Sjögrens?! Negatives about these product? Just two: they are hard to find in stores (which I don’t understand why this product is not everywhere - thank goodness for Amazon!) and it tastes so good, your kids will “steal” them believing it’s candy - there’s no way anyone would think these are sugar free! Which means, if you have kids, think of doubling your order: they get to enjoy “candy” without sugar! Yay for mommy! Seriously, if you have read this far, it must mean you either suffer from dry mouth, or know someone who does: just please press that “order now” button right now - your only regret will be not to have known about this product sooner! These lozenges are great for relieving severe dry mouth, which has bothered me recently. They are effective and even taste nice, with a honey-lemon flavor. However, I consider the price rather outrageous and am knocking one star off my review because of that factor. I am appalled at how expensive everything is these days and that, despite it being well known that prices are out of control, the prices still keep going up, as if everyone has been seized with unmanageable Greed/Insanity! If the company would knock the price down on these little lozenges, I would consider adding another star to my review. ;-P

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These chewing gums have a pleasant taste and are a good option to relieve the feeling of dry mouth for a while. They are comfortable to wear and use during the day. They seemed to me a practical alternative when I need to keep my mouth fresher.

I was hesitant to purchase. I dislike Sucrets. Well this ACT Dry Mouth gum is fantastic. It didn’t taste like gum, but has a delicious flavor and very moist. Another great product from ACT.

I keep sugarfree Hall's menthol cough lozenges bedside for the occurrence of minor throat irritations & coughs. I see no difference in the ability to supposedly relieve dry mouth between them. I do not experience whatever effect the ingredient Xylitol has to offer. My Halls perform identically, cost less, and taste slightly better. The effects of both of them have worn off by the middle of the night and you must "re-up".
