Great product
Bought to put pizza dough balls in. To use for garden pizza oven Great product. Was bigger than I expected. Could fit in 12 large dough balls for proving. Keeps dough fresh. And stops them drying out Non stick much better than using baking trays with damp towel over etc.

Would be good for commercial fridge not standard at home way too big, will be returning.

This is a great product. The manufacturer is called Auer and can be purchased direct (product EG 64/75) , alternatively you can get 5 for c£46 on ebay (buy now price).Regardless, good product, manufactured to a good quality by Auer as always.
