How long does this ice pack stay cold?

At least an hour but it was still cold . Best ice pack I have owned. Other ice packs don't stay cold as long as this one. Very pleased 4 1/2 star

It is about 17 or 18mm thick. This is very good quality and I would recommend it. The 3 sections make it easy to use.

Why is this advertised as a 2 pack when there is only one gel pack? There is a card to get a free gel pack, but that is not what is advertised.

There are multiple products on this page... make sure you select the one you want. Some are just 1 pack, some are 2, and there are several different sizes. This is fairly common across Amazon, so make sure pay attention to the product you select before adding it to your cart or choosing buy now.
