Ergodyne Chill-Its 6675 Class 2 Evaporative Cooling Vest

I had previously purchased Chill-Its 6665 Evaporative Cooling Vest Chill-Its 6665 Evaporative Cooling Vest, Gray, Large  and absolutely loved it. Enough so that I wanted one for work as well as one at home. I decided that the reflective strips would be a good idea at work--which they still are--absolutely no one is going to miss seeing you in this vest! Unfortunately, the cooling design isn't nearly as good on this one. On my Chill-its 6665 vest, the cooling material is located throughout the entire vest. On the new 6675, it is only in patches on the chest and back, leaving your shoulders and huge strips down your sides and chest to stay hot. Also, the 6665 has a zipper and the 6675 has some very stiff, uncomfortable velcro.A word on sizing...these things run HUGE. If you normally wear a womens XL, the medium will probably work well for you. They work better when they fit fairly close to your body.

This is a great cooling vest. I use it when riding my motorcycle on hot days. Makes it more comfortable.

I am not happy with the vest for four reasons.1 The sizing was way off. I paid $50 vs 30 for an XL when its more of a XXXL poor sizing.2 The water absorbant material drips and leaks - sub-standard to other brands.3 The water absorbant material does not cover the upper shoulder and neck area.4 In 80-90 temps the vest dries out in 1-2 hours - sub-standard.I can not recomend it.
