FSP Group FSP180-50LE 180W 20-pin Industrial Flex ATX Power Supply

UPDATE 08/18/26~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I was emailed from Amazon about my order and problem ticket. Yet again, the "distributor" took no responsibility and simply stated "contact the manufacturer" and again gave no contact information. Basically, figure it out for yourself. The product is defective. Don't bother with it... and before someone suggests a power surge or other "cause" the Security DVR is connected to a UPS for uninterruptible recording. It is simply a poorly made product with no assistance from the distributor. I've wasted $70 but learned a lot about the distributor....What a waste of money. This worked great for 2-1/2 months. It was the exact replacement for the PSU in my security DVR, exact same ratings as the old one... I thought I was lucky to find it.... However, all of sudden today the DVR started acting up and not switching screens etc. I powered it down today and thought I'd just do a full system reset. The DVR fails EVERY time with a fault displayed on screen. I thought at first my DVR was toast so removed it from the system completely and just for kicks, I took out the PSU and added in a 250W Dell I had laying around. The DVR booted up successfully and correctly. I put this suspect PSU back in to see what would happen. Tried multiple power offs but the same error, a fault displayed on screen.. Reconnected the Dell (it has to sit external to the DVR due to its larger size) and power reset several more times. It rebooted cleanly EVERY time with the Dell.Of course the return period has ended on this PSU but I'll try and contact the seller and see if they'll replace it but for now, due to short cable lengths on the Dell, I'm now using a spare 450W Antec (way more power than required) as it has super long cables and they slip nicely through the hole in the back of the DVR where this Flex ATX PSU used to sit.Most disappointed :-(

Needed this to replace a power supply in an CCTV DVR. I wanted the same power supply so I ordered by model/part number. It's hard to tell from the photo if there were SATA power connectors but it did look like there was at least one. The old unit I was replacing has all SATA connectors. Well what arrived only had MOLEX connectors. i was able to make it work for my repair but it would have been nice to know that I would have needed adapters.

Used for quite awhile on a low profile system. Never had any issues with it and was even used for a low power gaming machine.
