Does this contain alcohol? I bought a box and it says it does so I am confused

I didn't think it did, but having just googled it it does say it has alcohol in. Depending what you're looking to use it for I had a tooth out a few months back and it wouldn't heal I used this 3 times a day for about 3 weeks and it really helped, I found it very gentle
