This is the second month of taking this. At this point I can say that I see a difference in my overall health. The pill size is okay. It is easy to swallow. I do see some improvement in my skin texture. I have not experienced any digestive issues at all. I find that I am sleeping better as well. I will continue to take the and update the review in a few more months to see if there are anything more to comment on.
