We’ve only taken this a few days and already notice an increase in energy at the gym. My husbands blood pressure has normalized. The only thing is that my blood glucose has been dropping to below normal. I researched and found this is common. My husband needs that but I don’t. More for him. Just beware i didnt know this was a side effect until I awoke, weak in the night weak and shaking with low glucose
