Is the support good enough for jogging/running & hiit?

I used it for my aerobics class and it was fine. The coverage was good and I did not have a bunch of jiggling going on.

Not sure how much support you desire BUT I love the 2xl for 42 c/d. Bought 4 and then 4 more. Get the 2xl maybe even the next size up. Try it on, before you clip the tags. But the comfort is amazing w or w/o a waist trainer.
