This is the 6 inch front wheel that converts the trailer to a stroller, this is not the 20 inch front wheel. It is identical to the wheel that came with my trailer, except it has an improvement of having a reflector in the hub

NO directions!! It didn't say anything about double wheels. I'm going to have to see if I can make it work. If not, Ill have to send it back!
