They could not get it to work. We spent over 8 hours with techs. Sent us home while they ordered a new one. We paid for antenna but refused to pay for labor.... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lasted me 5 and a half years. *by C***. on December 27, 2021* They are cheap, KEEP A SPARE, When i installed my hopper 3 and joey in may of 2016, i purchased all the equipment and installed it myself. Its now dec 27, 2021, so about 5.5 years. This morning my hopper lost all connection to the satellite and to the joey, a bit of testing and it was the this hub that failed. Luckily i had purchased a spare, took an hour to find where i put it that many years ago, after finding where i stashed it, 5 minute replacement and back to working.
