Best Waterpik tip for flushing out pockets
As a dental hygienist, this is the only Waterpik tip I will use. I love it for shooting up or down vertically into the gums to flush out pockets. You’ll be surprised how much stuff you can get out. Keep the power level low at first until your gums get used to it and then you can slowly increase it to your tolerance, but never use it more than about a 7 on a 1-10 scale.

Works Great, Barely Fits Waterpik Pulse
While this attachment just barely fits my Pulse model Waterpik, I feel like it cleaned my teeth a little better than the standard attachment.Because the rubber tip suppresses the water stream, I'm able to get closer to my gum line without pain, helping me to clean off more plaque. I highly recommend this attachment if you have sensitive gums but want a good home cleaning.

These are better than 3rd party compatibles
They have smaller heads that actually fit between my tight teeth at the gum line for periodontal care. Lately the 3rd party brands I’ve tried and returned, have thicker heads which for your teeth maybe ok, but I notice a difference. Note, of the ones, I put in my mouth, I kept. ☺️

...these are exactly as advertised and fit into the WP100. if you're looking at these Ultra Pik Pocket tips, you probably will use them exactly as WaterPik intended.however, you also may be the kind of person who finds the highest setting on your Water Pik to be as powerful as a three day old puppy. you might be the kind of person who searches the web looking for ways to transform your Water Pik into a water scalpel. you might be someone who likes to use your Water Pik as a high-velocity bathroom pressure washer. ...if you're that kind of person, these Ultra Pik Pocket tips are for you.when you first get them, they're inhibited and frightened of their full potential. even at full blast, these tips aren't as strong as the standard ones. you need to slightly modify them in order to unlock their dangerous capabilities. if you look at the bottom of the tips, the opening is really tiny and nowhere near as large as the opening in other tips. this smaller opening slows the speed of the water. if you took a rotary tool like a Proxxon or Dremel and an appropriately sized drill bit, you could enlarge the opening to the same size as other tips. be careful though - gently clamp the tip down and go slow. you don't want the drill bit to catch and grab the tip - that could snap the entire housing. this is also why you're getting a two-pack.once you've enlarged the opening, pop your modified tip on the Water Pik and start with the lowest setting. that'll dislodge and plastic dust and debris. you could turn it off and empty the pik, visually inspecting to see if all the debris is gone. you might have to try a few times to get all of it. if there is particularly large debris, you might have to manually use suction on the bottom of the tip to get the debris out (you know, with you mouth...like a straw. don't swallow the plastic debris.)now, you have an ultra-fine dangerous tool to obliterate the fermenting bacteria growing in the microscopic hiding places of your mouth and your gums will throb and tingle (...only in a good way) for hours afterwards.
