Anthony's Raisins, 4 lb, Extra Large Maroo Style, Gluten Free

Absolutely great. These raisins arrived promptly and were well packaged. The best thing about this order is, though, that they are absolutely delicious. These have got to be the best raisins I've ever had! I threw some in a chicken curry dish I was preparing when the raisins arrived, and they plumped up so beautiful and full of flavor that they brought the curry to a whole new dimension. I couldn't recommend them more highly.I hope this helps. I know I always read the customer reviews before I buy anything, and often its what I read in the reviews that makes my decision for me.Incidentally, I saw at least one review for these complaining that there were tons of twigs and non edible items contained in with the raisins. I did not find this to be the case at all. In fact, I broke the raisins up and divided them into smaller packets so I could freeze them, and I did not find a single thing other than raisins. Some people are just looking for an excuse to complain and when they can't find one, they make it up.

If you searched the dictionary under the term raisins, you would see a picture of this product. Plump, juicy, succulent and flavorful, these raisins set the bar for what a raisin should be. Try them; you will never go back to supermarket raisins. For comparison, they are about twice the size of supermarket “boxed” raisins, much juicer with better texture. My grandchildren love them and the re-sealable packaging is easy to close and maintains freshness.

Anthony’s Extra Large Raisins are absolute perfection. I spent a good deal of time and effort trying many brands and types of raisins, and Anthony’s surpasses all others in quality, flavor, moisture and texture. These raisins aren’t just huge, they’re also surprisingly moist and soft and flavorful. They’re not grainy or dry, and i didn’t notice any stems. Even though it’s a giant bag, the raisins stayed fresh and juicy until they were all gone. i didn’t know how much i actually liked raisins until i tried these gorgeous, fruity, used-to-be-grape beauties. Even my husband, who usually doesn’t notice the difference between food brands and types, and without any prompting, said he loved these and demanded we never buy any other brand!

The best, sweetest, plump, juicy and largest raisin I've ever tasted! I always order Sunmaid organic raisins which are really good but these are far from good but the best. Price is good too. My 2 year old grandson can't get enough of them. Great to eat on it's own but best for baking cookies and bread. Will order this again and again.

These are most amazing raisins you'll every eat! I just love them! They are huge, moist enough, clean and very very tasty!They are good in anything you'd want to bake or in a smoothy or on their own. I'm not going to buy other raising ever again. These are way too good! :)

Absolutely delicious! I've never been so excited with raisins before but these far exceeded my expectations. The bag is sturdy and resealable. Raisins range from medium to huge in size and are very tasty, not over dried or too gooey.....Perfect. Will be buying these again!

Trader Joe's discontinued their Jumbo black raisins (made from Lindy grapes) so I guess Lindy grapes are 4x the size of Maroo? However, the Maroo were extra extra sweet despite no sugar added, almost to the sticky syrupy feel to the grape since they were soft and moist. Personally, I like my grapes fatter and not as sweet so I'm back to buying TJ jumbo medley and save the black ones for eating raw

Excellent raisins! These are fresh and soft and moist! These are huge raisins! Not like those ones I used to get in the tiny boxes in my lunchbox as a kid!! The only think is that I don’t like all the tiny stems and the occasional hard raisin.
