I've found Amazon to be a great source of inexpensive vitamins and supplements. Centrum is a great all purpose multivitamin and I've used them for years. It has everything I need except relatively low amounts of iron and calcium (for us women). No big deal, those supplements are really inexpensive on Amazon.Does the Adult 50+ version really provide all the mysterious cognitive benefits for older folks? I can't tell. I'm not going to stop taking vitamins to see if I start going downhill, lol.Like any big name brand, they have a much cheaper generic. On the other hand, I stocked up on a sale, and I'm one of those [choose your word for not so bright] who keep name brand vitamin companies in business.I like Centrum and appreciate getting a multivitamin formulated for older adults.
