I live in the Northeast, and with the salt etc, it lasts ALL winter and then some. I went from October until July, and did it again because I just thought I should not try another winter on it! The beads are as big as my fist sometimes. I have tried many coatings, including expensive ceramics, and I prefer this. I either use clay bar before, or liquid "first step" type paint liquid paint cleaner by a known vendor such as Meguiars. You have ot use a paint cleaner first!
