How long did it take for you to see results, particularly reduced anxiety?

I take this to manage my response to stress, but I give it to my 13 year old for anxiety. We both noticed we respond and felt better nearly immediately. I can always tell when we forget to take it. It's my favorite supplement.

How does this compare to the Now chewables in terms of how effective and fast acting it is?

Hi there, I can't speak on comparison since I have not tried the chewables. However, I will say that it is pretty quick-acting, within 10-15 minutes in my experience. Can give you the tingles, so be mindful. I would advise taking on an empty stomach.
