Review: Great set to stay in shape! - We were looking for something portable and yet effective to help build upper arm and leg strength as well. This comes in a very nice zip up bag with a hang loop. There’s enough resistance from 10-50 lbs to cover the basics when wanting to keep in shape without a major investment and the fact it takes very little space was a game changer for us. It has handles for hands and legs and even a door pulley which is great to work the upper back! An instruction booklet as well but they’re pretty self explanatory. Seem to be well made and easy to wipe down between uses. This would make a great gift for a traveler or anyone home bound or unable to get to a gym. My ten year old even likes using them to stay in shape between her dance classes and horse riding lessons! They seem very durable!

So far i love these bands! I workout everyday and the bands i previously had were snapping and breaking and i didn’t feel they provided enough weight. I got these last week and so far I’m loving them. They come color coordinated which def helps so I actually know which one i want to use and they come in a pouch that holds everything together. They come with the handles and ankle straps as well so you can use this to train your whole body. Very versatile. So far i love these and would def recommend!
