These came nicely packaged, wrapped in branded tissue paper. Unfortunately one of them arrived in poor condition. I contacted the company and within hours they were sending me a replacement without any issue. I’ve never had such quick customer service from actual HUMANS. The spatulas themselves are a lovely colour, the perfect size & length, and easy to clean. I can’t speak to durability yet, but they definitely look like they will hold up if treated correctly. Perfect for nonstick pans, look fancy, and have customer service you can trust. I’m quite happy with this set.

I’m really impressed with this wooden spatula. It’s sturdy, smooth, and perfect for everyday cooking. They look elegant and come handy in the kitchen. Easy to use and clean. Size of these is long and thin. Wood seams sturdy. Edges are not sharp.

This is all I need for cleaning cast iron skillet. Key is to make sure the skillet is still warm (warm it up on the stove) and use a bit of hot water. Some dishwasing soap. Then this teak spatula cleans up any burnt on stuff quick.I have the 10 inch cast iron skillet by Cusinel. Didn't use until now. I cook bacon and thick hamburgers with it. I tried the Candure stainless steel Cast Iron cleaner but found it useless.These teak wooden spatulas work great in cleaning burnt on bacon pieces. I use hot water on a still warm cast iron skillet. Some dish soap and it all came loose. I did use the Lodge scrub brush first but the wooden teak spatulas worked the best at cleaning off all the burnt bacon pieces from the cast iron skillet.The spaulas do show some wear on the edge after scrubbling but it will continue to work. Not an issue. Like it so much I ordered a second set of WoodenHouse teak spatulas. I plan to cook a lot more bacon and possibly other food items such as hamburgers, sausages and even the occasional steak.

Bought these as current beech utensils are beginning to crack, discolour and deteriorate. These spatulas are beautiful things, with wood grain highlighted and great ‘feel’ when handling. Not the cheapest but so glad we bought these.
