Spend the money for Fujitsu parts
I tried the cheap knock-off parts already, which work well if you are scanning traditional type paper. But if you are scanning more challenging material like glossy paper, you need top quality replacement parts. If the wheels start making mistakes (pulling multiple pages, or no pages at all), they need cleaning or replacement.

did not realize that we needed to replace the rollers every year as the scanner is not used excessively. We installed the rollers and the scanner works as good as new.
