This item revived the down lid on my wall unit, and is far superior to the plastic one that it came with. Very secure and easy to install.

I have an older computer desk with a drop down draw front and had taken that part off years ago because the original hinges broke. Didn't realize there were replacements available. Found these and they fit/work perfectly. Super easy to install too!

This was my first time using these hinges. They are positioned so that your 32mm bit will run off the edge of the board you are drilling. It's best to build a jig to both portion the bit and keep it from wandering. I suggest a jig w guides for both hinges that will align the hinges on both your door and cabinet. That said they can be adjusted a little if you mis-drill a tiny bit. When fastening them in its best to use a clamp to hold the hinge in place and put the screws in, put them all in and work them a few twists at a time. The hinge is designed to drive the screws at an angle into the sides of the hole. If you do one screw at a time w no clamp they will move and be skewed. Since there is not a lot of adjustment its best to get them dead on first off. Also it does not come with a drilling guide so you have to look it up on line. I drilled a few test pieces to confirm the instructions worked, before drilling my new Cherry cabinet.

These pieces now have made my secretary drawer cover work perfectly well as hinges. The cover now stays in place without any problem. Thank you.

I ordered these to replace the broken ones on our Jasper Desk Company office desk. They fit perfectly! Wish these came in dark bronze, but they are generally hidden anyways (and I knew this before I placed the order). Tips: take careful measurements and visually compare what you're considering to what you have. There is variation between brands!

Joints are loose fitting which may help some with accurate installation. There are no instructions but if have tools to install they would be irrelevant. Some complain about cheap screws but I had no problems using power tools.

I have a Stanley furniture computer desk in my office. A few years ago, when one of these-type hinges was broken, I contacted Stanley, to ask if they had replacement hinges. They didn't. I limped along with the broken hinge. When the other hinge broke and part of the keyboard drawer was no longer attached, I had to figure out a solution. I checked the measurements of these Amazon hinges, and they seemed to be the same. I just finished installing the new hinges, and everything is perfect!

Hab lang solche Scharniere gesucht diese passen perfekt und tun was sie sollen. Einbau war leicht altes raus neues rein. Schrauben sind dabei kann das Scharnier nur empfehlen.
