This did great at stretching out my foot when I would wake up with cramps in the middle of the night. Only problem is my dog has now claimed it as his toy. I can definitely say it’s hard and durable. It stands up to his chewing. Now I need to order another and keep it hidden.

First thing to know is this ball is rock hard, solid, dense, heavy “ Thermoplastic” product. One should consider foot size in relation this 2.5” diameter ball, (a little smaller than a tennis ball 🎾). I wear a size 10.5-11W shoe and find this ball’s diameter and hardness focuses too much pressure on too small an area to work on my feet. I prefer larger, softer ball for foot massage. However, it works fantastically on other areas especially when rolling up against a wall. It is textured and has good traction so it will not slip. This may be uniquely for you if you have small feet or want a massage ball that can double as a self-defense projectile.

This thing is a life saver. I tried everything including new sneakers, compression socks, a foot massager, foot creams and nothing was working. After one use of this ball my pain was decreased by at least 50% and after using it for a week my foot pain is gone. I highly recommend.
