Very good.
Instruction are clear. Very easy to apply. This has been used on small floor tile chips and looks really good.

It works on cracks.
This product comes with three tubes of different coloured compund taht you mix according to the packets instructions to get the right colour match. I was using it on terracotta coloured tiles in the kitchen. At first I was quite impressed by how it filled a running crack but when it came to filling a chipped piece we ran into problems. It takes quite a bit of product to fill even the smallest chip and you will need to do multiple layers no matter what the instructions say because I found that as it dried the product 'sank' and was no longer level with the tile surface. Worst of all when the filled in chip dried it was obviously visible and sort of stuck out because the compound has a pvc/gel texture which makes it slightly shiny even when slightly sanded. Worst of all, after two weeks of walking over it the filling in the chip came lose as a guest walked over it and popped out like a little jelly chip. Absolutely pointless. So, yes, use it for cracks but not for chips.

Tiles on kitchen floor
Very good itโs great

Absolutely useless!
This has the consistency of an enamel paint, difficult to apply from the tube and frankly itโs just a slightly rubbery paint. Is this actually a โproperโ product or just a way to sell paint at a huge price? I used it on n a floor tile and it just looks like Iโve painted in the chip, itโs very shiny like paint even though I followed the โinstructionsโ to matt it using my thumb when it was still tacky (exactly like youโd do if you were bodging the job with paint). The worst amd most over-priced product Iโve bought via Amazon - total rubbish! - I have no doubt the reviewers who say itโs great could have achieved the same job with a dab of enamel or oil paint for a fraction of the price, and using a small brush which would make the job easier than a tube.

Not great
Was so hoping this was going to be as good as it seemed, but it's not! Certainly easy to use but in no way does it come out like the videos and pics. It might be as I'm working on white, which we all know, is notoriously hard to match. But that aside it doesn't really do a clean level fill. Having to go around a chip with a damp tissue is tricky and I imagine residue will be visible if you don't do a good job of this stage. Also, the very fact that you have to stick your finger in it to make it matte means that it is no longer level with the surface. I tried this on a floor tile and a sink and both were disappointing. Expensive too! Such a shame as I had a great need for a multitude of cracks I have in some floor tiles. Back to the drawing board!!!!

It works. Hard to match colours.
Detailed instructions. There is very little time to work with the mixture so you need to prepare everything for immediate application. The instruction to mix colours in a plastic bag is not practical as the mixture spreads out in the bag and becomes hard to work with. I mixed on a small plate instead. I bought the black and white kit to make grey but discovered that my grey tiles had other tints in them -? brown. The colour i got was not an exact match but usable. It would have been hard to get an exact match without spending on a lot of colours and making up test batches first. Expensive and you get a pretty small amount but worth it if you can manage to get a good enough colour match.

Works very well
Used this in 3 cracks in my porcelain tile. I pitched the grey/white combo as my tile is a mottled light grey. Easy to mix to get a great match. The patch has a bit of sheen to it so when the sun shines just right it is noticeable on my mat finish tile but not one but me would ever notice. The cracks are just about completely invisible. You have to really look to find them. Highly recommend this product.

Works perfectly and dries durable and strong
I believe the reason this product doesn't better reviews is because there's a learning curve to it. And color matching is not easy. That said, we have some generic beige/grey ceramic tiles in our kitchen that have been nicked and corners chipped from 40 years of use. Instead of replacing it for a home sale, we decided to do a repair. Glad we did, the product is viscous enough to fill in pretty decent size chips, for hairline cracks and other nicks, don't be afraid to put product in and use ur fingers to fill it in good. then use a wet paper towel to clean around the edges. The product will shrink about 25% when fully dry so you'll need to do it at least twice. In terms of color matching, the beige/white kit I bot worked perfectly, the trick is to put the beige in first and then with a toothpick take a small dab of the white and mix it in little by little till you get a match to the surrounding area. Takes a bit of practice, but the product works perfectly. If you have matte tiles, take extra fine sandpaper when fully cured after a week and swirl it .

Satisfied with excellent product and concealing the chip.
Great did the job so I ordered the beige kit and plan to use it in next 2 days. I received the beige kit and it was a successful 4 hour job. The product filled in cips from a speck to a big chip and covered all cracks. I am so happy that I tried your product. I'm sore and the work had to be done but it was the product that made it all worthwhile. Please feel free to extend this testimonial to the public.

Wonderful and simple solution to chipped quartz countertops
I went with the lowest bid when we remodeled our kitchen, and the stone guy chipped the edges of the quartz countertops when he was cutting it (probably in his garage rather than doing it at a shop.) Nothing big, but little chipped spots here and there that no one else could see but me. This repair kit took care of them, very easy to use. I got the grey one, and it has a strong blue tint to it so not an exact match to my dark grey countertops. However, just like any kind of touch up works, itโs more for making them less noticeable rather than looking at them under a magnifying glass. With that in mind, this product is a champ!
