No. The skirt was like a mini skirt on my 8 year old.

It fit my 4 year old granddaughter, who wears a 5T. But it would fit a child a little smaller or bigger.

Will this fit a 24 month size?

I believe it will as it was big on my granddaughter who had turned 1.
