Second time purchasing and love this oil for its mild resurfacing effect and feel on my skin.

I’m on my 4th bottle of this stuff, it’s that good. Like with any skin care routine, consistency is key. I wish I would have taken before and after photos, but within couple weeks of using at night before bed, I could see a big difference in my skins texture, my dark spots were lighter and I had minimal breakouts despite being on my period. It also dissolves nicely into your skin and not leaving sticky or oily residue which is nice. It does kind of tingle at first but nothing uncomfortable.

Initially saw this on sale for $4 at Meijer and decided to give it a try. Makes my skin soft, smooth and keeps my skin tone even and balanced. A little goes a long way, use sparingly, all you need is 3 drops. Apparently this is discontinued in stores but happy I can still find it here on Amazon.

I love this a lot. I appreciate how it makes my skin feel the next morning and the difference in how my skin FEELS when I don't use it. You might be asking, why don't you I use it? Well it's because of the black soap ingredient. Black soap is amazing, and does wonders for Black skin but it can also. DRY out your skin and make it more sensitive. This is great for acne prone skin as I do see my small blemishes vanish in the morning. Someone mentioned how it made their skin sting, well on the bottle. It does mention how people can experience some tingling. Definitely stop use if you feel a burning sensation. But it's probably due to the salicylic acid that makes the skin feel tingly and may produce some redness. But use it in moderation. As I am trying to use it 2-3 times a week. I'm not a dermatologist just a informed CONSUMER. Just do what works best for your skin. The reason why I knocked off a star is because it came with no seal or protective wrapping. Love SheaMoisture and their products. Using this I see a change in color in my skin, as it is a lot more brighter and more supple to the touch.
