I have never found a supplement as effective for ADHD symptoms as this one. After three days of taking the supplement, I noticed a significant difference in my attention span, focus, word recall, energy, and oddly enough a decrease in cravings/hunger. I ended up needing a much higher dose to see significant improvement— 3-4 caps a day.I highly recommend this supplement for those with ADHD like symptoms, especially if they’re causing anxiety and low self-esteem. Give this supplement a try if you relate at all.

Only been taking 3 days, 4 pills a day and noticed increased motivation, no morning brain fog and the best part was no being wired at night, able to sleep deep and have really intense dreams!I usually trudge through my morning runs but this morning I was competitive, not letting people behind me pass me up, something I normally NEVER do! I decided on Nutricost as I've used some of their products in the past and found the efficacy and quality up to snuff. And this supplement is no different. The remainder of this review details how MY body reacted to L-Tyrosine, which could be different for everyone depending upon your individual physiology.I took one pill a day for two weeks (500mg x 1 per day), I found a noticeable difference in my energy level, and to be honest, I'm sedentary in lifestyle, well, a hard working sedentarist (from my own personal dictionary). After two weeks, I was able to increase to two pills per day for a week, finding 1000mg, a bit to much as I felt jittery/jumpy. So, going back to one 500mg pill per day works for me. I've read how some need more than 1 pill per day, so I would suggest starting with one per day, gradually upping the dose to suit your needs. One pill per day with a small cup of coffee is all I need, and some days, I may skip a pill and I still feel some residual affect. Overall, my mood is a bit calmer, I am definitely more focused with a subtle yet, steady energy. And with each bottle having 180 doses, there is room to increase mg if you choose to.So if energy drinks are dehydrating your soul, take a break and try L-Tyrosine (Yes, I am using capitalization which only means to me, this stuff's the bee's knees in my sedentary world!).

It’s a huge help for depression patients or ppl that lack of motivation and mental fatiguesActually it works fast like 20 to 30 min after taking it , I think exercise also help to produce more dopamine so taking this and exercising gonna change the mental healthInstead of taking 10 pills a day and see no results!And actually cause u more problems like sleeping problems, dizziness, memory issues and more….I’ve been struggling with fibromyalgia and depression my whole life and meds didn’t help me just causing me gain weight, memory issues, dizzy all the time , not able to focus even with ADD pills!No motivation, no energy and feeling like a dead person…..I made my decision 4 weeks ago to do something natural way to heal and of course u can’t stop ur pills immediately, u have to do it slowly and talk to ur doctor bc it can make u really sick with withdrawal symptoms!But for me that tried everything and didn’t see any results, natural medicine was the best optionWish u all the best!

I really don’t think any Vitamin works. The FDA has no control of it and you don’t know what’s in them. I think all vitamins are waste of money.

Its been life changing, along with magnesium glycinate from double wood, other magnesium brands didn't work at all for my ADHD, just taking these 2 changed everything, I follow it with a diced garlic clove every morning, because studies show much of our mental health problems come from the Gut, plus it has many other medicinal values, I take the trio religiously, everyday, I also quit all alcohol going on 3 years because I Was desperate, and decided my mental health meant everything to me, I was an alcoholic for 20 years, and switched to sativa cannabis, its specific for mental health, it was a total game changer in tandem with just these 2 supplements, I'm going to continue my research for other supplements, whomever says supplements don't work, haven't given them an honest chance. I'm about to start meds from my psychiatrist, soon as well. Good luck, to all of you struggling. P.S my therapist said "keep doing what you're doing, your a walking miracle".
